Kai, Study and Buddhism in Everyday Life

Buddhism is not only for a monk sitting in a monastery and meditating under a tree, but also for everyone wishing to cultivate happiness, peace and calmness in their mind. This blog is my experience of practicing and applying Buddhism in everyday life. I hope that I can share some thoughts or experiences which are various according to your own background. Hope you enjoy my blog and hope to get your comment which might be useful for me and some readers here.
